  1. I really like that you guys have the exhibit as a simulation of going underground. That's AWESOME! Is there someway they you could still tie in a comparison or analogy like your original design had? I thought that was a nice element as something people would remember it by. The idea to have a temperature difference inside would be AMAZING! would that be naturally powered or would you need a power source?. Also a great idea how the exhibit would change with time/seasons to mimic real life. You might need to put a railing or something on the top to make sure people do not fall or jump off. Will the benches by the clock be in the way or are you planning to move them? The hot springs comparison could be neat too.
Fabulous guys! I love it! :)

  2. Great job guys. I really liked the idea your group came up with. try integrating some grass or landscape in the foreground so that it looks like the hill is being peeled up from the ground. Also, the model house on the top of the hill look a little arbitrary. Maybe its the rendering, but more should be designed for the top of the hill.

  3. I thought your presentation was very well organized and the visuals really helped me as the viewer understand what you were talking about. As far as the design, I think it would be difficult to construct, get approval, and move to another site. But, it sounds like it would be interesting and attention grabbing.

  4. Once again, awesome idea guys! I really like the hobbit-hole idea! It might have to be a fairly big hobbit hole to get a natural temperature difference over and above the shade effect, but even just the shade effect running all day could be enough to make the point.

  5. Great Project guys! Very interesting project indeed! I love the shape and your idea of trying to show people different temperatures. I like how its in a location where a lot of people actually walk. My only concern would be to be careful in choosing the height of the exhibit. If its to tall, it could be a little dangerous for kids to fall off (of course you know there are some parents out there that don't keep an eye on their kids)
